On Wednesday, Nov. 29 at 7 p.m., state Assemblyman Chuck Lavine, and Insurance Consultant Jason Samel of LongIslandObamacare.com, an Obamacare expert, will be holding an “Affordable Care Act Education and Updates” seminar for Long Islanders at the LIU Post College’s Tilles Center in Hillwood Commons at 720 Northern Blvd. in Brookville.
The hosts of the seminar seek to educate and update information on the Affordable Care Act.
The program will include a full overview of the ACA and the many choices available. Common questions such as the current state of the Affordable Care Act, pitfalls people run into, and where to get help will be answered.
Lavine, ACA expert Jason Samel, UnitedHealthcare, Oscar Health, and Healthfirst will speak to different aspects of the ACA, along with participating in a question and answer session to close out the event.
