Autumn Sip and Stroll at Clark Garden will offer wine tasting and twilight tour

North Hempstead Town Supervisor Judi Bosworth and the Town Board will join with the Clark Garden Auxiliary as it hosts the Autumn Sip and Stroll at Clark Botanic Garden on Saturday, Sept. 22 at 4 p.m. The event will be held on the patio of the Clark House and will include wine tasting, refreshments, live music, raffles and a twilight garden tour.

Admission is $30 dollars for members and $35 for non-members. Profits will go towards funding Clark Botanic Garden projects to develop the garden. The Auxiliary also helps develop programs to educate children and adults.

Founded in 1969, Clark Botanic Garden is a 12-acre living museum and education facility for all ages. Collections at the garden include native spring wildflowers, conifers, roses, perennials, daylilies, wetland plants, rock garden plants, herbs and over a dozen collections of particular plant families.

Clark Botanic Garden is located at 193 I U Willets Road in Albertson.
