All are welcome to join the Manhasset Board of Education for the dedication of the Charlie Cardillo Community Room on Sept. 28 at 7:30 pm in the Administration Building.
At the “Cheers for Charlie” celebration honoring former Superintendent of Schools Charlie Cardillo, held on June 15, the board of education unanimously passed a resolution to rename the board meeting room as the Charlie Cardillo Community Room.
The board felt it was important to recognize Cardillo’s service and dedication to the Manhasset community in a tangible way.
