Elder law attorney to speak at Temple Isaiah

The Island Now
Elder Law attorney Linda Marshak to speak at Temple Isaiah.

As the population ages, issues of estate and long term care planning have become more important and more difficult for people to navigate, and have spawned an entire branch of the legal profession known as elder law. On Sunday, Feb. 24 at 2:30 p.m., attorney Linda Faith Marshak will present the second in series of lectures on critical issues of elder law at Temple Isaiah.

A partner in the law firm of Brady & Marshak, LLP, which she co-founded in 2005, Linda specializes in estate planning, long term care planning and preservation of assets. In this lecture she will address Medicaid planning and the use of trust documents, and Probate: What it is and how to avoid it.

The community is invited to attend this informative program. There is no admission fee and there will be opportunities for questions following the lecture. Temple Isaiah is located at 1 Chelsea Place, off Cutter Mill Road. For further information, please call the temple office at (516) 487-5373.
