The students honored staff with bundles of hand-written letters of thanks – some read aloud to staff – to show their appreciation for the team of healthcare professionals who care for cancer patients and their families.

The group of students represent the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life school chapter, which focuses on awareness, fundraising and cancer research.
