Beginner Birds & Botany in Brookville Saturday, March 28, come to Michael Galgano Park-BOCES Environment Center in Brookville. In addition to exploring nature at this Nassau BOCES Center, you will learn about colonial and adventure programs that are offered here. Bring binoculars. Sunday @ 3: The Karpenteers

The Karpenteers perform at Great Neck House, Sunday, March 15 at 3 p.m. The Karpenteers bring you the very best of the Carpenters, the biggest-selling pop group of the 1970s. From the first few piano chords to the smooth catchy vocal melodies, this versatile quartet recreates the magic that was unique to the Carpenters. A park pass is required for admission.

Weekend Movie at Great Neck House:

Official Secrets (2019), starring MyAnna Buring, Keira Knightley, and John Heffernan, is playing at Great Neck House on Friday, March 13 at 8 p.m.; Saturday, March 14 at 5 & 8 p.m. and Sunday, March 15 at 7:30 p.m. Based on world-shaking true events, Official Secrets tells the gripping story of a British intelligence specialist whose job involves routine handling of classified information. It is rated R; runs 1h 52minutes. A park pass is required for admission.
