Town of North Hempstead Council Members Viviana Russell, Peter Zuckerman, Veronica Lurvey and Town Clerk Wayne Wink joined residents for the Town’s Howl-O-Ween event on Saturday, Oct. 23 at the Michael J. Tully Dog Park.
Residents from across the town, along with their pets, attended the event donning their Halloween best. There were prizes awarded for best pet costumes and best pet/owner costume duo; fun crafts, a photo booth, live music and treats for all who attended.
