Despite a rainy start, hundreds of participants recently turned out for Helen’s Run/Walk 2019 to raise funds for the Helen Keller National Center for Deaf-Blind Youths and Adults (HKNC) in Sands Point. Wearing ponchos and rain coats, sponsors, volunteers and participants enjoyed taking part in an event that raised funds for HKNC’s services benefitting deaf-blind individuals of all ages. More information on Helen’s Run/Walk and HKNC is available at www.HKNC.org.
