LIUUF at LICF presents $22,000 grant to Second Chance Reentry helping formerly incarcerated individuals

The Long Island Unitarian Universalist Fund (LIUUF) at the Long Island Community Foundation proudly presented a $22,000 check to the folks at Second Chance Reentry, Inc. to support activities of community mobilization and leadership development initiatives. Its mission is to empower formerly incarcerated individuals as they transition back into society through the creation of sustainable and community-based reentry solutions that build self-efficacy and foster social and economic mobility.
