Great Neck Plaza Write-in Mayoral candidate Leonard Katz announces that the members of his Campaign Committee have individually donated to an Appreciation Fund to show their support for the Health Care Providers and their entire Support Staff at North Shore/LIJ University Hospital in Manhasset.
All the monies in the Fund will be used to provide pizza lunches (through the good services of Francesca’s Pizzaria on N. Station Plaza) for the Northshore/LIJ team members who have and are, continuously devoting their time, energy and resources, while putting themselves and their families at greater risk of infection.
Katz said, “We salute them for their courage and selfless devotion to their higher calling and sincerely appreciate and admire their courage and selfless efforts on our behalf.”
