Subject to approval of grant funding by New York State, residents of New Hyde Park-Garden City Park School District with an eligible child of age 4 by Dec. 1, 2019, may apply for free half-day pre-kindergarten classes for 2019 – 2020 school year. Applications are available on our website www.nhp-gcp.org, at your home school or in the district office. Application forms must be received no later than January 31, 2019. Selection will be done by lottery on February 8, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., in the Administration Board Room at 1950 Hillside Ave., New Hyde Park.
