On Sept. 27, Plandome Heights residents and invited guests socialized with the new Manhasset School Administration at the Port Washington Yacht Club. This “Meet and Greet” joint membership drive was hosted by the Plandome Heights Women’s Club and the Plandome Heights Civic Association.
The gathering was a great opportunity for face-to-face conversations and opportunities to ask personal questions and learn more about the new school officials and their objectives.
Guests of honor included superintendent Vincent Butera, Shelter Rock Principal Richard Roder, Munsey Park Principal Chad Altman, English language arts district coordinator Rebecca Chowske and math district coordinator Lauren Tallarine.
