Michelle Peretz, of Port Washington, has joined Rivkin Radler as counsel in the Trusts & Estates Practice Group.
Peretz successfully incorporates corporate, commercial and residential real estate, leasing and banking/lending transactions. She assists high net worth clients with tax and estate planning, which often takes into account their complex business interests and special needs situations. She has experience administering, revoking, decanting and amending both revocable and irrevocable trusts and family settlements. She also drafts wills and trusts, and structures simple and complex estate plans.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Peretz was an associate at Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP in New York City.
