Port Washington resident joins Reconstructing Judaism Board of Governors

David Sigman is joining the Board of Governors of Reconstructing Judaism, the central organization of the Reconstructionist movement. Sigman, a board member of Reconstructionist Synagogue of the North Shore, will formally be elected to the Reconstructing Judaism board at its March 20 meeting in Los Angeles.

A longtime Port Washington resident, he relocated to Manhattan in 2019.

Sigman is an executive vice president and principal for LCOR, a residential and commercial property development firm, and is a member of the company’s executive committee. His responsibilities include developing and managing mixed-use and office projects, including LCOR’s transportation-related developments, in the New York region. He is a past president of the Reconstructionist Synagogue of the North Shore.
