Members of the Roslyn Tennis teams and Roslyn High School and Coach Kerri Hinkley volunteered their time at the New York Tennis Expo on Feb. 10.
The event was held at Nassau Coliseum and was attended by over 4,000 tennis fans. The Roslyn players assisted with the Net Generation under 10 courts, beach tennis, attended speaker sessions about college tennis and even participated in tennis gear fashion show.
Two students spent the day as photographers working with Long Island Tennis Magazine and all of the volunteers were treated to the opportunity to watch professional tennis players in action such as Kei Nishikori and the Bryan Brothers.
