Spotlight at The Paramount is all new

The Island Now

Spotlight, located adjacent to The Paramount in Huntington, is pleased to announce our new additions since Phase 2 re-opening this past month.

Spotlight is now showcasing local live musicians playing streetside performances on New York Avenue in Huntington Village, new programming for Summer 2020 featuring a Quarantine Art exhibit, new food and drink menu items including burgers and salads for indoor and outdoor dining served daily, new food delivery options via UberEats & GrubHub, and a new state-of-the-art in-seat in-app ordering system through OneDine, launching this month.

Spotlight’s lineup of local live music features some of Long Island’s most talented musicians, including Nicky Loiodice of Oogee Wawa, Brian Ripps, Chelsea Takami, MJT, Paul Cuthbert of Rock Beach Music, Jonathan Wibbens, Melanie Morin, Gabi Rose of Enrose, Jake Incao, The Phil Firetog Trio & many more to be announced soon.

In addition, Spotlight is now showing our newest exhibition “Quarantine Art” featuring work made by local artists that were created during the quarantine.

This is a public exhibition where anyone can submit artwork. The instructions can be found online at spotlightny.com.

Spotlight is excited to give these fine artists a platform to showcase their work and encourage creativity during this tough time. All artwork can be viewed daily free of charge and may also be purchased from the artist directly. Twenty percent of the proceeds from the art sales are being donated to Huntington Hospital for COVID relief.

Spotlight also offers multiple food items for ordering to your indoor or outdoor table with reservations available via OpenTable, as well as by delivery through GrubHub & UberEats.

Its eclectic menu features a variety of burgers, salads, and daily specials created by our world-renowned Founder’s Room Chef Matthew Wagner.

Coming soon, Spotlight will also launch our pilot in-app ordering program OneDine, which allows guests to use a QR code to order food & drinks to their table from their phone, thereby setting up another way for Spotlight to help create a more touch-free experience – in conjunction with the mandated social distancing guidelines.

In addition to mandatory face masks, plexiglass table dividers, and meticulous cleaning, Spotlight is setting the standard for contactless dining.
