North Hempstead Town officials issued proclamations to celebrate John Motchkavitz, Kingsley Liu and Li Chang for their dedication to the Great Neck Chinse Association earlier this month.
The awards were given by North Hempstead Town Supervisor Judi Bosworth and Council Members Veronica Lurvey and Lee Seeman at the GNCA’s Annual Picnic Party on June 9 at Steppingstone Park.
The picnic served as their kick off to summer celebration and included music, games, food and more.
