North Hempstead Town Supervisor Judi Bosworth, Council Members Peter Zuckerman, Angelo Ferrara, Anna Kaplan, Lee Seeman and Town Clerk Wayne Wink unveiled the newly refurbished elevator at Michael J. Tully Park in New Hyde Park on January 24. As part of the refurbishment, Excelsior Elevator Corp. of Westbury customized new elevator components and installed a new elevator system into the existing elevator shaft and cab.
