Town of North Hempstead Supervisor Judi Bosworth, Town Clerk Wayne Wink, and Council Members Anna Kaplan and Dina De Giorgio attended the Friends of Port Rowing Gala on Friday, March 23 at the Mansion at the Village Club of Sands Point.
Proceeds from the gala went toward benefiting the Friends of Port Rowing Scholarship Fund. Friends of Port Rowing is a not-for-profit organization established in 2010 to promote rowing in the surrounding waters as well as support Port Rowing which is a community rowing club that serves all of Long Island.
