Live Performance: “The Wizard of Oz”

Friday, April 6 at 1 p.m., Saturday, April 7 at 11 a.m., and Sunday, April 8 at 10:30 a.m. (ongoing performances through April 29)

Based on the classic story by L. Frank Baum, “The Wizard of Oz” is presented as a fresh new musical comedy, containing adventure, friendly characters, and humor. Children of all ages will enjoy this colorful fairy tale from somewhere over the rainbow.

Kids Workshop: Window Birdhouse

Saturday, April 7, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Now that the birds are chirping away, children can build a window birdhouse so they can watch birds build a nest and hatch their eggs and then decorate it with paint and stickers.

Story Time: “The Giving Tree”

Disney Live! Mickey & Minnie’s Doorway to Magic

Madison Theatre Ballet: “Sleeping Beauty”

Sunday, April  8 at 3 p.m. 

The fairy tale, replete with a king and queen, fairies both good and evil, a beautiful princess and dream prince, magical stage effects, and courtly splendor, lends itself perfectly to the full-length ballet performed by the Moscow Festival Ballet.
