The Island Now

The Art League of Long Island will host “60 Inches” Long Island Center of Photography’s Members Exhibition in the Jeanie Tengelsen Gallery on Saturday, May 5 through Sunday, May 20.  The reception, taking place on May 20 from 1 to 3 p.m., is open to the artists, their guests, and the general public.

Artists were asked what they would exhibit if given 60 inches of wall space in the Jeanie Tengelsen Gallery.  Twenty-three members responded with their highly creative skills and put together a photographic exhibit that will inspire and provoke thought in all patrons that view their work.

These photographers include Jan Altes, Karen Brocke, Tom D’Emic, Pat Dillon, Fran Feiner, Judith Feinman, Lin Fisher, Phyllis Goodfriend, Harris Grossman, Daniel Heller, Dan Hittleman, Randy Ilowite, Marc Josloff, Seymour Levy, Dianee Luger, William MacMillan, John Michaels, Joseph Neumayer, Ann Parry, Alan Richards, Susan Silkowitz, Susan Tiffen, and Michael Tucciarone.
