Manhasset Al Fresco will resume Sunday, Sept. 12 on North Plandome Road between 3:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
Road closure will be between Hillside Avenue and Colonial Parkway, creating a pedestrian only zone. In addition to Sept. 12, The Manhasset Chamber of Commerce will he hosting the last two Al Fresco events of the year on September 26th, South Plandome Road and October 10th, North Plandome Road.
The Manhasset Chamber of Commerce encourages everyone to come support our community and local businesses by enjoying outdoor dining, shopping and live entertainment on Plandome Road. It’s a great way to gather and see your friends and neighbors.
The Chamber will be providing a kids craft table, family photo opportunities, giveaways and raffles by Shop Manhasset. Reusable shopping totes and Manhasset Al Fresco Apparel will be available for purchase, proceeds will benefit the Chamber to fund future events.
The September 12th event line-up includes Town of North Hempstead employee DJ Gary Casper spinning the hottest tunes, dance performance by local dance studio Moves and Motions, and an instrumental performance by local music studio Pluckd Studios. Enjoy live entertainment performances by bands Redshift and Beyond Control while dining outdoors at Publicans, Greens Irish Pub, Ginos of Manhasset, and Pita Station. In addition, Pearl East from Northern Blvd will be joining Manhasset Al Fresco with a Chinese and Japanese Buffet!
Visit the chambers table for a magic show by Double Trouble Tricks, local Manhasset brothers Colin and Loic Hairabedian. Other fun-filled activities include a Climbing Rock Wall provided by Kelly’s Kitchens, Dog Parade hosted by Daniel gale Sotheby’s, science demonstrations and a surprise live animal by the Science Museum of Long Island, Compass Carnival Facepainting and Balloons by Traci Conway Clinton Team, and so much more.
Participating organizations include Kiwanis Club of Manhasset – Port Washington, Knights of Columbus, Chabad Manhasset and Shelter Rock Church/Food Pantry – make sure to bring Food Pantry donations!
Reminder for all to pre-order their Stuff-A-Buddy for the next Manhasset Al Fresco event fundraiser on September 26th. If not available to pick-up during event, pick-up can be arranged with Shop Manhasset.
