The Art Guild of Port Washington invites artists and community members to view our current juried exhibition, Members Showcase. This exhibit highlights a wide variety of artists and their works, from non-objective to abstracted realism.

The show will be on view at The Art Guild’s home, Elderfields Preserve, 200 Port Washington Blvd., Manhasset.
Our gallery will be open for viewing Friday June 11, 11 AM-3 PM, Saturday, June 12 1-5 PM, Friday June 18, 1-3 PM, Saturday, June 19, 1-5 PM, Friday June 25, 1-3 PM, and Saturday June 26, 1-5 PM. After June 26 we kindly ask that an appointment be made to view the exhibition. An appointment can be made by emailing us at info@theartguild.org, or calling us at (516) 304-5797.
JUROR OF AWARDS: Christian White grew up in a family of artists studying drawing, painting and sculpture from a very young age. He began studying painting in 1966 with Paul Russotto before attending Liceo Artistico in Rome, Italy in 1968-69 and has a BFA in Painting from RISD. He had his first solo exhibition in 1975 at The Harbor Gallery in Cold Spring Harbor, NY followed by shows at The Steven Adams Gallery, Ingber Gallery, The Garrison Art Center and The Great American Salvage Company. He has had yearly one-man shows at Gallery North, in Setauket, Long Island, since 1983.

– Oil Painting with Joan Stevens, Tuesdays from 10 AM-2 PM.
– Intro to Sculpture with Meagan Meehan, Wednesdays from 6-8 PM.
