Point Lookout Beach Carnival

Friday, June 28 through Sunday, July 7, 5 to 11 p.m. (Friday through Sunday) and 5 to 10 p.m. (Monday through Thursday)

This free, family-friendly event features a daily carnival with midway rides and games for all ages, live music and entertainment, favorite fair food, and the annual Salute to Veterans with a concert by That 70’s Band and fireworks on Sat., June 29.

Family Program: Nature by Bike

Friday, June 28, 5:30 to 7 p.m.

Nature, history and exercise — this program has it all.  Family members ages 8 and up can enjoy the bike trails of Heckscher Park and make stops to highlight the natural and historic sites along the way. Bring water, bug spray, and your bike. Reservations are required.

Cinema on the Bay at Sunset Park

Baby & Me Story Time featuring ‘Hello, World! Solar System’

Wacky Water Wednesdays

Wacky Water Wednesdays return to the Fish Hatchery, featuring sprinklers, bubbles, lawn games and activities for preschoolers. Bring a towel and have fun.  $6 for adults; $4 for kids.
