North Hempstead Town Supervisor Judi Bosworth and the Town Board will be partnering with Eastline Theatre this summer to host free theatrical performances of William Shakespeare’s ‘Romeo & Juliet.’
“We are excited to offer these live theatrical performances for our residents at various Town parks,” said Bosworth. “The shows will certainly serve as a fun night out for family and friends, and we are grateful to Eastline Theater for bringing Romeo & Juliet to North Hempstead.”
Performances will include:
Saturday, June 26, at 2 p.m. at Gerry Pond Park (rain date: Sunday, June 27)
Friday July 16 at 7 p.m. at North Hempstead Beach Park (Amphitheater) (rain date: Friday, July 23)
Sunday, Aug. 15 at 3 p.m. at Clark Botanic Garden (no rain date)
