A Mineola man who was arrested early Wednesday morning carried out nine burglaries across the North Shore in the past month, according to the Nassau County Police Department’s Major Case Bureau.

“[Granath] was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics and was arrested,” the team said.

During arrest processing, police say it was determined that the defendant was responsible for nine commercial burglaries.

The first occurred at 175 East Shore Road in Thomaston on Sept. 29, followed by 61 Plandome Road in Manhasset on Oct. 16, 114 Middle Neck Road in Great Neck on Oct. 22, 76 Middle Neck Road in Great Neck on Oct. 23, 27 Plandome Road in Manhasset on Oct. 24, 575 Middle Neck Road and 556 Middle Neck Road in Great Neck on Oct. 27, 63 South Bayles Avenue in Port Washington on Oct. 29, and 97 East Shore Road in Manhasset on Nov. 3.
