BNB Bank in Great Neck Estates is moving from its 200 Middle Neck Road location to 98 Cutter Mill Road in Great Neck Plaza, the company announced on Friday.

According to Jim Manseau, the chief retail banking officer, the move will improve services to the Great Neck community. Meanwhile, Denine Shedrick will stay on as branch manager and Jacqueline Shirian will continue serving customers as a private banker  in the new full-service branch.

“This location improves our ability to provide comprehensive banking services to the Great Neck community,” Jim Manseau, the bank’s chief retail banking officer, said in a press release. “We are fortunate to have Denine and Jackie, talented bankers with a passion for helping our customers succeed and for building relationships in the Great Neck area.”

Great Neck Plaza trustees had cleared the bank’s move to the former location of Sterling National Bank at their Jan. 2 meeting.

Shedrick began her banking career in 1999 as a customer service representative with Commerce Bank,  before joining National Community Bank and becoming the sales and service manager of its Great Neck branch. BNB then acquired CNB.

Shirian spent most of her 15-year banking career at Sterling Bank. The BNB Bank move marks a return to the office she once occupied.

The Great Neck Plaza location is one of BNB Bank’s 39 retail branch locations operating in the Long Island and New York metropolitan areas.
