Herricks excels at National History Day Regional Competition 2018

The National History Day Regional Competition held on March 18 was a resounding success for Herricks.

With more than 750 students participating, Herricks Middle School and High School won a considerable number of awards and in some cases swept their respective categories.

Both buildings will now send a number of exceptional projects to the New York State History Day Competition, to be held on April 23 in Cooperstown.

The district congratulates the following winners:

Special Award for an Outstanding Entry on Aviation or Military History sponsored by the Cradle of Aviation
