Nine Herricks High School seniors have been named National Merit Semifinalists in the 65th annual National Merit Scholarship Program, as announced on Sept. 11. Congratulations to Nicole Chen, Jenna Chin, Gloria Kang, Rohan Khanderia, Christopher Lum, Daniel Min, Michael Paciullo, Shreya Patel and Rahul Singhal for earning this outstanding accomplishment.

These students are among approximately 16,000 semifinalists selected nationally from an estimated 1.6 million who entered the academic competition upon taking the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test as juniors.
