CONCERT: An Old Fashioned Irish Sing Along Friday, March 19 at 7 p.m. Sing Along with performer Kevin Westley as he features songs by Irish entertainers including Judy Garland, Bing Crosby, Count John McCormack, Luke Kelly, Andy Cooney and many more.

Virtual Paint Night Friday, March 19 at 7 p.m. Grades 5 – 12. Join our new artist, Alma Monreal, in a step-by-step instructional paint night! No experience necessary. Beginners welcome.

Best Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements for Healthy Aging Tuesday, March 23 at 2 p.m. Wondering about Matcha? Curious about Green Vibrance and other green juice powders? Registered Dietitian Pnina Mohr will discuss the effectiveness and the pros and cons of trending supplements, vitamins, minerals and supplements to guide you in making the best choices for your health. Stress Away with Jenn Tuesday, March 23 at 7 p.m. Understand more about yourself and your mind and body’s reaction to stress. In this SEATED CHAIR class, we will explore many different ways of handling stress. We will explore different breathing techniques to calm your nervous system, and we will experience gentle ways of stretching and releasing physical tension in the body.

Virtual Physician Lecture: Learn About Diabetes and Kidney Health Wednesday, March 24 at 7 p.m. There are more than 30 million Americans with chronic kidney disease, and Diabetes is the most common cause of chronic kidney disease. In this interactive session, board-certified Nephrologist and Assistant Professor at Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell, Dr. Jia Hwei Ng will discuss the following: How diabetes affects kidney disease;The 10 myths of kidney disease; How do you know if you have kidney disease and How to treat kidney disease.
