Paint Night! Sketching and Acrylics with Alma Friday, July 2 at 7 p.m. Race you to the top! Sketch and paint a lighthouse beach scene with talented artist Alma. Supplies: Canvas or paint/watercolor paper, 12×16 in., yet any other size can work too. Acrylic Paints: red, blue, yellow, white and black. 3 different sized brushes: A very fine one for details (pointed round 5), a medium (flat or angle) and a larger (flash wash 3/4) one for the background. Tools: A cup with water, paper towel, mixing plastic pallet (can be a paper plate)

Book Discussion: Classic Book Club Wednesday, July 7 at 7 p.m. The book being discussed is: The Painted Veil by Somerset Maugham. “The Painted Veil is a 1925 novel by British author W.
