PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Great Neck shall hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at 7:30PM, at Village Hall, 61 Baker Hill Road, Great Neck, NY 11023, to hear the application of Wai Ki Chin, owner, represented by Paul Bloom, Harras, Bloom & Archer LLP, for the premises at 12 RAVINE ROAD in Great Neck. The applicant is seeking the following variance(s) from the Village Zoning Code in connection with the subdivision application:
ß575-169 Driveways.

A. Every driveway shall have an unobstructed minimum width of nine feet and be set back at least two feet from all side or rear lot lines.
The proposed driveways are adjacent to each other and touching at the side property line, without the required two foot separation.
The premises are also known as Section 2, Block 348, Lot 69 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map, and are located in the Residence B Zoning District. A copy of the application materials is available for review in the Village of Great Neck Building Department, Village Hall, during regular business hours.
If anyone needs special accommodations for a disability, such person should contact the Village Clerk at least 5 days before the hearing. At said hearing, all parties and interests will be given an opportunity to be heard.
