Notice of Meeting
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on August 3, 2020 at 4:00 PM the Architectural Review Board of the Inc. Village of East Hills will hold a meeting via videoconference pursuant to Governor’s Executive Order 202.1 to consider applications regarding construction and/or tree removal at the following properties: 80 Fern Drive (Steven Flick for Lawrence Cohen, Section 7 Block 289 Lot 27), 11 Overlook Terrace (Fran Weiner, Section 7 Block 176 Lot 7), 15 Deerpath (Westwood Builders, Section 7 Block K-7 Lot 13) 69 Andover Road (Andover Realty Group, Section 7 Block 142 Lot 23), 441 Glen Cove Road (East Hills Center LLC, Section 7 Block 206 Lot 19), 43 Westwood Circle (Chen, Section 7 Block 205 Lot 7), 9 Cardinal Drive (Steven and Carol Sterneck, Section 19 Block 24 Lot 29). Due to the current health crisis the public meeting will not be held in person at Village Hall. Instead the public may listen, observe, and/or participate online at www.zoom.us meeting ID number 831 4610 0635 password 038542 or by phone by dialing (929)205-6099. Additional dial in options may be found at www.villageofeasthills.org/meetings. In addition, comments with respect the applications may be submitted prior to the meeting by email to nfuteran@villageofeasthills.org. Maps and plans regarding the above applications are available for inspection on the Village’s website at www.villageofeasthills.org/meetings.
