Notice of Meeting
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on March 2, 2020 at 8:00 PM at the Village Hall, 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, NY the Architectural Review Board of the Inc. Village of East Hills will hold a regular meeting to consider applications regarding construction and/or tree removal at the following properties: 48 Flamingo Road North (Anuj Sharma, Section 19 Block 40 Lot 34), 3 Flamingo Road (Ira Mosberg, Section Block Lot), 55 Oriole Drive (Henry Torres, Section 7 Block 273 Lot 31), 58 Cardinal Drive (Jason and Jennifer Ferreira, Section 19 Block 44 Lot 3), 45 Fir Drive (Lance Stier, Section 7 Block 277 Lot 11), 34 Cardinal Drive (Steve Rabei, Section 19 Block 44 Lot 12), 18 Lawn Drive (Melody Clark, Section 7 Block 273 Lot 33), as well as any other matters that may come before the Board.
Maps and plans regarding the above applications are available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during the hours of 10:30 AM through 3:30 PM.
