Notice of Meeting
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on May 6, 2019 at 8:00 PM at the Village Hall, 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, NY the Architectural Review Board of the Inc. Village of East Hills will hold a regular meeting to consider applications regarding construction and/or tree removal at the following properties: 175 Revere Road (Alan and Robin Bochner, Section 7 Block 139 Lot 4), 132 Deerpath (Harry Weingord, Section 7 Block 109 Lot 12), 31 Pinewood Road (Mr. and Mrs. Mohabir, Section 7 Block 252 Lot 9), 65 Mimosa Drive (Mr. and Mrs. Rubin, Section 7 Block 299 Lot 49), 115 Mimosa Drive (Susan Lippe, Section 7 Block 299 Lot 54), 230 Revere Road (Rank Development, Section 7 Block 140 Lot 129), 22 South Street (Vito Lippolis/22 South Street LLC, Section 19 Block 9 Lot 4), 182 Village Road (Brad Tenem, Section 7 Block 130 Lot 16), as well as any other matters that may come before the Board.
Maps and plans regarding the above applications are available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during the hours of 10:30 AM through 3:30 PM.
