SUBJECT: To consider an Application filed by Ioanna & Makis Konstantatos at the premises known as 194 Park Avenue, Williston Park, New York 11596, also known as section 9, Block 169, Lot 25,26 of the Municipal Tax Roll, for the following Variance request to the Municipal Zoning Code as follows:
Section 230-07D To permit for the construction of a two (2) story rear extension (16’0”x26’2”), to be built into the required five (5) foot northside yard, the proposed extension at 4’1”.
Section 230-7H To permit for the construction of a Two (2) story rear extension, the proposed extension exceeding the maximum allowable Lot Coverage permitted at 25%, the proposed extension at 27.35%.
All Interested parties may hear and be heard at the aforesaid time and place, and said application is available for review at the Village Hall.
