SUBJECT: To consider an Application filed by Xia Chen & Leong Shi, for the construction of a 2nd story westside addition over the existing 1-story westside extension built in 1932, for an addition proposed for the purpose of additional living space of the existing Legal 2-Family 2nd floor apartment, the Legal Conversion to the Premises to a Legal 2-Family Dwelling converted in 1952, at the property located at 64 Lafayette Street, Williston Park, New York 11596, also known as Section 9, Block 156, Lots 21,22 on the Village Tax Roll, the following Variances of the Village Zoning Code:
230-13C The extension of Legal Non-Conforming 2-Family Dwelling, shall not be extended without having first obtained a variance before the Board of Appeals, for such extension to the Non-Conforming use.
All Interested parties may hear and be heard at the aforesaid time and place, and all documents regarding said application, can be reviewed during the normal business hours of the Building Department.
