PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Great Neck will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at Village Hall, 61 Baker Hill Road, Great Neck, New York, at 7:45 p.m. to consider the following application and all other related matters as may come before the Board:
A public hearing to consider an application for site plan review, Architectural design approval, and the granting of incentives for the property known as Millbrook Court Apartments at 240-250 Middle Neck Road, Great Neck, New York, also known as Section 2, Block 354, Lot 138 on the Nassau County land and tax map.
The application and accompanying details are on file in the office of the Village Clerk and may be inspected by interested parties during regular business hours.
Those persons planning to attend any meeting of the Planning Board of the Village of Great Neck and who require special accommodations because of a disability are requested to notify the Village Clerk no less than 48 hours prior to the meeting.
