PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Port Washington North will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at 8:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 3 Pleasant Avenue, Port Washington, New York 11050, with respect to the proposed establishment of a ‘No Parking’ zone, pursuant to Section 4-412, subdivision 3 (9) of the Village Law of the State of New York, on the northerly side of Soundview Drive from a point 122 feet west of the intersection of Soundview Drive and Dock Lane to a point 184 feet west of the intersection of Soundview Drive and Dock Lane.
At said public hearing all parties in interest will be given an opportunity to be heard. Anyone needing special accommodation pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act should contact the Village Clerk at least four business days before the meeting.
