PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, THAT THE Board of Zoning and Appeals of the Incorporated Village of Williston Park will hold a Public Hearing (open to the public) as follows:

SUBJECT: To consider an application filed by LaMarmite Partners Inc., d/b/a Copperhill Restaurant, at the location known as 234 Hillside Avenue, Williston Park, New York 11596, also known as Section 9, Block159, Lots 140,141 on the Nassau County Tax Map, for the following Variance of the Municipal Zoning Code:

1.Section 230-8A(2)(b)(2) ​​ An Application Requesting a Variance to Permit the installation of a masonry patio with tables and chairs, located on the easterly side yard of the property, in order to accommodate outside consumption of Food and Beverages. Section 230-8A(2)(b)(2) prohibits shops or stores which make available any facility for or which permit the consumption of food or beverages on the premises outside the building.

All Interested may hear and be heard at the aforesaid time and place, and all documents regarding said application, can be reviewed during the normal business hours of the Building Department.
