SUBJECT: To consider an application filed by K and T Smoothies & Shakes, Inc. d/b/a Flash Freeze Hawaiian Shaved Ice and Tinamarie Dunn, President, for a Special Exception Permit under Village Zoning Code Section 230-8 (A)(2)(a), in order to operate a retail business for the preparation, sale and consumption of italian ices, smoothies, milk shakes, ice drinks, ice cream, coffee, muffins, and soups at the property known as 469 Willis Avenue, Williston Park, NY 11596, also known on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map as Section 9, Block 175, lot 101 and 102. The premises are located in the Business District.
Interested parties may appear and be heard at the aforesaid time and place.
