The Board of Trustees of the Village of Great Neck will hold a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 6, 2018, at the Village Hall of the Village of Great Neck, 61 Baker Hill Road, Great Neck, New York 11023, with respect to amending the side yard lot coverage subdivisions of Section 575 of the Village Code so as to exclude certain driveway coverage from the maximum lot coverages.
This local law, if adopted, shall take effect immediately upon filing with the Secretary of State.
Persons who may suffer from a disability, which would prevent them from participating in said hearing, should notify Joe Gill, Village Clerk-Treasurer, at (516)482-0019, in sufficient time to permit arrangements to be made to enable such persons to participate in said hearing.
