PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of East Williston will hold a public hearing in the Village Hall, 2 Prospect Street in said Village on March 16, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. to hear the application of Rocky Panetta, 86 Weeks Road., East Williston, New York to request a variance from:
Section 160-18 Dimensional Regulations(H) Floor Area Ration (FAR). FAR of .41 or 2,670 SF allowed. .456 or 2,966 SF requested.
Applicant seeks to construct a two story rear addition, garage, rear deck, first floor partition, finished basement and interior wall changes.
