LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Incorporated Village of East Williston will receive sealed bids on Friday, February 17, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Village Hall, 2 Prospect Street, East Williston, New York 11596, where they will be publicly opened and read, for the contract for collection, removal and disposal of garbage, rubbish and ashes from within the Village, in accordance with bid specifications on file at the office of the Clerk of the Village at the above address.
Each bid must bid must be accompanied by a bank check or bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the full bid price on a one year contract.
Specifications and bid document may be obtained during business hours at the office of the Village Clerk. A non-refundable deposit of twenty five dollars ($25.00) is required for each bid document. Checks are made payable to the Inc. Village of East Williston.
The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids it deems contrary to the best interests of the Village and to waive any informality therein.
