PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Section 1428 of the Real Property Tax Law of the State of New York, I Liz Gaynor, Clerk of the Incorporated Village of Sands Point, Nassau County, New York have received the Tax Roll and Warrant for the current year for the collection of taxes levied therein. I will receive taxes at the Village Office, 26 Tibbits Lane from June 1, 2019 to and including July 8, 2019 from 8:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, or by U.S. Mail; at the following address:

Taxes paid by July 8, 2019 or with a timely official United States postmark should be without additional charge. All taxes for which payment has not been received by the Village and remain unpaid after July 8, 2019, shall have an added (5%) interest for the month of July, and for each month and a fraction thereafter, an additional interest payment, which shall be computed at the maximum percentage rate permitted, pursuant to the Real Property Tax Law, until said taxes and accrued interest are paid in full.
