PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Great Neck shall hold a public hearing on Thursday, JANUARY 4, 2018 at 7:30PM, at Village Hall, 61 Baker Hill Road, Great Neck, NY 11023, to hear the application of Elena & David Pelcovitz, Paul Bloom, of Harris Bloom & Archer will be representing owner of the premises at 66 HAMPSHIRE ROAD in Great Neck. The applicant is seeking the following variance from the Village Zoning Code in connection with the application for interior alterations & an addition to a single family residence:
ï ß575-80: The proposed floor area is 4,342.7 square feet, while the maximum floor area permitted is 2,900 square feet. A variance of 1,442.7 square feet is required.
The premises are also known as Section 1, Block 62, Lot 133 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map, and are located in the Residence C Zoning District. A copy of the application materials is available for review in the Village of Great Neck Building Department, Village Hall, during regular business hours.
