INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF BELLEROSE SNOW REMOVAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SEALED PROPOSALS will be received by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Bellerose at the Village Office, 50 Superior Road, Bellerose, New York, until October 29, 2021 at 12:00 noon, for snow removal in the Inc. Village of Bellerose.Contractor bids should include all costs involved †to perform snowplowing service at the following job locations: Bellerose Village Parking Areas, Magee Plaza adjacent to the LIRR Station, Fire House, Police Booth, Curb Parking in Front of Village Hall and Fire House, and all Village streets and intersections, curb line to curb line. Specifics of the proposal are available on request from the Village Clerk by email to villageclerk@bellerosevillage.org. Bids must be in writing and addressed to the Clerk, Village of Bellerose, and be received no later than the hours and date above stated. †Contractors must present proof of their familiarity and experience in this type of work. Failure to present such proof or evidence that the contractor has performed satisfactory work of similar type in other communities may be cause for rejecting the proposal. Further, it is required that a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 (Check Only), will be required for all proposals submitted.All proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes, marked clearly on the outside thereof “Bid- Bellerose Village ñ Snow Removal 2021”.
