INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF EAST WILLISTON NOTICE TO BIDDER SALE OF SURPLUS VEHICLE PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT SEALED BIDS will be received by the Incorporated Village of East Williston on Monday, January 3, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time at the Village Hall, 2 Prospect Street, East Williston, New York at which time they will be publicly opened for the sale of a surplus vehicle:††1998 Dodge Dump Truck. Mileage: Approximately 52,792. Vehicle comes with plow Said vehicle is sold in ìas isî condition. The Village of East Williston offers no warranties or guarantees on said vehicle. ††All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the Village of East Williston, clearly stating on the envelope: ìBid for 1998 Dodge Dumpî. The envelope shall also bear the name of the bidder and the bidders address. Each bidder shall submit the bid on a sheet of paper with the amount bid, the bidders name, address, telephone number and email address included on the bid. The bidder shall also submit a check in the amount of 10% of the total amount bid, which will be returned if the bid is not accepted. The vehicle may be inspected Monday through Friday from 10am to 4pm. Full payment in the form of a bank check or money order made payable to the Inc. Village of East Williston, and removal of vehicle must take place no later than January 12, 2022.† Should full payment and removal not take place by that date, bidder shall forfeit deposit and bid will be awarded to the next highest bidder.††The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids as it deems to be in the best interests of the Incorporated Village of East Williston.
