NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF FLORAL PARK LOCAL LAW NO. 1 OF 2021 ENTITLED ìA LOCAL LAW ADOPTED PURSUANT TO CANNABIS LAW ß131 OPTING OUT OF LICENSING AND ESTABLISHING RETAIL CANNABIS DISPENSARIES AND/OR ON-SITE CANNABIS CONSUMPTION ESTABLISHMENTS WITHIN THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF FLORAL PARK.îPLEASE TAKE NOTICE†that the pursuant to Article 9 of the New York State Constitution, the provisions of the Code of the Incorporated Village of Floral Park (ìVillageî) and the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, as amended, a public hearing was duly called and held on June 1, 2021 by the Village Board of the Incorporated Village of Floral Park on the proposed adoption of the Incorporated Village of Floral Park Local Law No. 1 of 2021 entitled: ìA Local Law adopted pursuant to Cannabis Law ß131 opting out of licensing and establishing retail cannabis dispensaries and/or on-site cannabis consumption establishments within the Incorporated Village Of Floral Park.îThis local law shall take effect immediately upon its filing with the Secretary of State.†DATED: †June 11 ,2021
