LEGAL NOTICE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF FLORAL PARK NOTICE OF ADOPTION LOCAL LAW NO. 3 – 2020 NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF FLORAL PARK (ìVILLAGEî) LOCAL LAW NO. 3 OF 2020 ENTITLED “A LOCAL LAW ADOPTING CHAPTER 56 OF THE CODE OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF FLORAL PARK ENTITLED ‘AMPLIFIERS, LOUD SPEAKERS AND PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEMS’.” PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Article 9 of the New York State Constitution, the provisions of the Code of the Incorporated Village and the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, as amended, a public hearing was duly called and held on November 4, 2020 by the Village Board on the proposed adoption of Local Law No. 3 of 2020 and following the close of the hearing, the Village Board duly adopted Village Local Law No. 3 of 2020 entitled “A Local Law adopting Chapter 56 of the Code of the Incorporated Village of Floral Park entitled ‘Amplifiers, Loudspeakers and Public Address Systems’.”†This Local Law shall take effect immediately upon its filing with the Secretary of State.
